Frequently Asked Questions

If you are already using our services for your team, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on the team's service website. Each team's service is different so they have their own FAQs.

How can I help my team get your services?

If we currently do not provide our services for your team, you can do two things:

1. Fill out the form on this page. We keep lists of season ticket holders and fans interested in our services and provide them to teams. Having your request will help.

2. Contact your team representative and let them know that you would like to use our services. Direct them to this website!

I am using your service and I have a question. What do I do?

Please contact your team account representative or a team customer service representative.

If you are using our services with one of our teams and you have a question, the first place to go is to your team. Your team knows about the SplitSeasonTickets Services and very likely will be able to help you. In fact, they want to help you! If you have a question that they cannot answer or a problem that they cannot fix, the SplitSeasonTickets Team will be ready to help immediately.

Does it cost anything to use these services?

No. Typically your team provides our services as a benefit to season ticket holders and people who want to become season ticket holders. A large percentage of season ticket holders share their games and tickets. Teams benefit by providing services to their most loyal customers that make it easier to own, share, and retain their season tickets.

There may be fees for Partnerships! For some teams there is a small service fee for successfully formed partnership agreements. You will be clearly notified if there are any fees to use your team's services.

How do I handle group agreements and payments?

Sharing season tickets has been going on for a long time. The SplitSeasonTickets Services just makes it easier to (1) find new partners or groups and/or (2) divide up a group's games/tickets. The financial details, actual payments, ticket delivery, the game/ticket allocations per group member, playoff tickets, and all other details are left entirely up to you and the other group members. The standard disclaimer is below:

REMEMBER, IT WILL BE UP TO YOU AND THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE GROUP TO FINALIZE YOUR GROUP'S SEASON TICKET AGREEMENTS. ALL TERMS AND INTERACTION, INCLUDING FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MUST BE SET UP INDIVIDUALLY AS THE TEAM NAME ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY OR INVOLVEMENT IN THE PARTNERSHIP TERMS. FURTHER, THE TEAM NAME RECOMMEND THAT ANY AGREEMENT REACHED THROUGH THIS SERVICE BE MADE IN WRITING.

The above agreement is incorporated into the Terms of Use agreement that all users agree to when creating an account to use the SplitSeasonTickets Services. Each team has its own Terms of Use. You must agree to the Terms of Use to use these services.

My Team's services are called something different. Why is this?

SplitSeasonTickets leaves it up to the teams to decide what our services should look like -- that includes the name of the service! Your team's SplitSeasonTickets services may be called something entirely different than "SplitSeasonTickets". Don't worry, it is still the same service!

SplitSeasonTickets, LLC DOES NOT sell tickets to games or events. Our goal is to help make sharing season tickets as easy as possible. SplitSeasonTickets, LLC has no involvement in the terms and conditions of any season ticket sharing agreement.
