Can we use our own branding?

Yes. The SplitSeasonTickets system is intended to fit seamlessly into your current website, so users will feel as though they are still on your website. We brand your program to your specifications and customize it down to the page level to ensure the services meet your requirements.

How long does it take to get our services running?

Fast. We can typically have you up and running within two weeks of signing a contract. We require branding assets and schedule data from you so as soon as we get what we need to configure your service, we can get things set up quickly.

Do we need to install anything?

No. We handle all of the installation and ongoing maintenance of the service. You proivde the schedule data and your settings and we handle everything else.

Are your services configurable?

Yes -- highly configurable. We have been working with teams and season ticket holders for several years now and believe that we have a comprehensive package. However, we also know that each team is different and, therefore, the service can be configured to fit your needs exactly. For example, features can be disabled, content can be added at any point, and listed pricing can be restricted.

Do we have access to the data?

Yes. We have a private partner portal where you have real-time access to your reports and customer activity. You can run reports, download data, and work with specific customers.

Can your services work with luxury suites and business?

Yes! We have designed our services to work well with luxury suites and business. These higher end customers can enter and manage large blocks of contiguous tickets and even track per-ticket usage date. There are reports available to these users to give an overview of how their tickets are being used and to help clarify tax implications.

Can we use your services internally?

Yes! Use our services to keep track of your internal season tickets, or manage season ticket splits. There are many possibilities, but you can certainly can use the service to help manage your exiting share tickets, your own inventory, and/or market splits yourself.

What teams/leagues do your work with?

SplitSeasonTickets is a software-as-a-service (SAAS) solution, built on the latest best-of-breed technologies and hosted on our servers. There's nothing to build, nothing to maintain, and nothing to upgrade.

The services are hosted at a remote location with a 99.9% service level agreement.
